大家好！
今天是班委選舉的日子，我打算競選我們班的副班長。以下是我的工作計(jì)劃：
眾所周知，班級的事情都要由班長和副班長一起負(fù)責(zé)。所以，如果我有幸當(dāng)上副班長，我將和班長及另一位副班長合作管理好班級。首先，我們應(yīng)該整治我們班的'紀(jì)律與行規(guī)，雖然大部分同學(xué)都做得非常好，但是有一小部分同學(xué)上課經(jīng)常講話、不遵守紀(jì)律，特別是當(dāng)老師有事還沒到教室時(shí)，教室演變成了他們“自由發(fā)揮”的天地：大聲喧嘩、不聽班委管理、打擾同學(xué)等。
最令人惱火的就是已經(jīng)把名字記上了“黑名單”，那些同學(xué)還不理不睬、我行我素。對于這種同學(xué)，如果無法跟他們的講道理的話，那就應(yīng)該與班委和老師一起討論出處罰方案，教育這些同學(xué)。只有這樣做，我們的行規(guī)才能成為年級第一。
其次，我們還要定期檢查各位班委的工作情況：黑板報(bào)出好了沒有、早晨有沒有按時(shí)領(lǐng)讀、值班長是否管理好了班級、值日班委是否起到作用等等。我還建議每隔一段時(shí)間就開一次會，反映一下在各位班委的曰常工作中，有哪一些人是經(jīng)常搗亂，不配合我們的工作的。
我們要給予警告，如果一直不聽，就要報(bào)告老師，提出懲罰方案。如果有什么特殊情況的，我們要協(xié)助班委們一起工作。
當(dāng)然，我們不能只說別人，不說自己。在以后的生活中，我會以身作則、認(rèn)真對待我的工作，少犯低級錯(cuò)誤，給同學(xué)們做一個(gè)好的榜樣。
以上是我的工作計(jì)劃，雖然我知道我成功的幾率幾乎為零，但是如果我競選成功，我就會盡全力去兌現(xiàn)它。謝謝大家！
